Hiring Account Manager
BSMART Creative Agency is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
* Managing a portfolio of clients, driving their digital marketing strategies, and delivering results that exceed their expectations.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with them
* Ensure that all content calendars meet the client’s objectives and goals.
* Identify opportunities for growth and upsell additional services to clients
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, and web development to ensure client success.
* Stay up to date on industry trends and incorporate best practices into client strategies.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
* 3 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing account management
* Agency background.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a focus on customer satisfaction and account growth.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to clients
* Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.
